Eligibility
- Graduate degree in any subject
- Age generally 21–28 (relaxations for CG domiciles and reserved categories — see the current notification)
The three stages
- Prelims: two objective papers — General Studies and CSAT (qualifying); negative marking applies
- Mains: descriptive papers — language, essay, General Studies including a Chhattisgarh-specific section
- Interview
