Who qualifies
- Selection is based on the SECC/Awaas+ survey — kutcha-house and homeless families get priority
- Families with a pucca house, four-wheeler or a government job are ineligible

- Search by registration number, or use Advance Search with state-district-block-panchayat
How instalments arrive
Money comes directly to the bank account in stages — foundation, roof level and completion — after geo-tagged photo verification. Payment status is visible in AwaasSoft on the portal.

Contact the panchayat secretary/Awaas Mitra or lodge a complaint at the block office. Check current rules on the official portal.
