Infrastructure development is gathering pace in Bihar. According to reports, the state government announced 10 major projects spanning roads, bridges, health, energy and urban development.
Flagship projects
- Six-lane Kacchi Dargah-Bidupur bridge over the Ganga — easing congestion in Patna
- Patna-Gaya Expressway — 135 km, cutting travel time to about 90 minutes
- 400-bed Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan Super-Specialty Hospital in Patna
- Kajra Solar Energy Project (Phase I) to boost power generation
These projects are expected to boost connectivity, healthcare and jobs in the state.
