- Create a citizen login at edistrict.cgstate.gov.in
- Choose the "Income Certificate" service and fill the form
- You can also apply via the nearest Lok Seva Kendra (Choice Centre)

- Salary slip / income declaration from the panchayat or councillor, as asked
- Passport photo
Timeline and validity
