CSPDCL bills can now be viewed and paid from home.
Viewing the bill
- Open "Online Bill Payment" on cspdcl.co.in
- Enter your BP number (consumer number printed on the bill) — current and past bills appear
- The Mor Bijli app also shows bills, consumption and payment history
Payment options
- UPI, net banking, cards — via portal/app
- Choose CSPDCL as a biller in PhonePe/GPay
- Cash at Lok Seva Kendras or CSPDCL counters
Bill looks too high?
- Match meter reading against billed units; compare past months in the app
- Complain on 1912 or visit the distribution centre
- State discount schemes get adjusted in the bill itself
Always keep the payment receipt/reference number.
